10 Murder Victims Who Solved Their Own Deaths From Beyond The Grave

9. Amarjit Chohan provided the clue to identifying his murderers

In February 2003, a very gruesome scene has taken part in West London. Amarjit Chohan, his wife, children and mother in law visiting from India have been all killed with no remorse. In order to cover any traces the murderers dumped the bodies in the ocean. Little did they know that Amarjit found a way to bring them to justice just before he died.

Amarjit’s body and those of his family were not found for some time. The murderers created a false story about Amarjit fleeing from the UK, as he really did have some financial troubles.

However his and a two other bodies have been recovered from the ocean in April, July and October 2003.

When his body was examined, a piece of paper containing an address was found in Amarjit’s sock. Apparently he found some old mail where he was held prior to his murder, and tore off a piece of it with the address on it and stuck it in his sock.

The address was that of Kenneth Regan (nicknamed Captain Cash), a well known criminal who served time in jail but was released early in 2002, in exchange for his testimonies against other criminals. Regan and two more accomplices had a plan to take over Mr. Chohan’s haulage company, Ciba, and use it to smuggle drugs.

10. The last post of blogger helps police solve his murder and that of his sister

A blogger by the name of Simon Ng has typed his last ever post. Luckily for the Police this post contained the events that led to his murder and that of his sister. Apparently his sister Sharon’s ex-boyfriend, Jin Lin, came by asking for his fishing poles. Simon let him in and asked him to wait while he looks for them, he did however find some time to write a blog post about this strange situation (or he probably didn’t look for the poles at all). In his post he described how Jin Lin is waiting for his poles, smoking and walking all around the apartment.

At some point Jin Lin snapped and attacked Simon, stabbing him in the chest, and then tying him and ransacking the home. At some time Sharon came back home only to witness this horrifying scene and also get stabbed by Lin.

Sadly both Simon and his sister Sharon died from their wounds, but Simon’s last blog post gave the police the necessary clue to link the murder with Jin Lin. He was prosecuted in 2008 and sentence to life in prison.
