Another Synthol Victim

Gregg Valentino is a former bodybuilding athlete and admitted steroid user, who’s known for having unnaturally bulging 68 cm (27 in) bicepses. This enormous size was reached by injecting oil substance known as synthol into muscles.

In the attempt to make his hands even bigger Gregg has once injected so much synthol into his left biceps that it caused a severe muscle rupture.
