Crying Cop from the Philippines

Riot cop Joselito Sevilla broke into tears while trying to block protesters in the Philippines with his shield and baton. “I am a policeman, I’m just doing my job,” he said. It was his first riot duty. The protesters gathered around to show him some support.

A bomb disposal expert, dressed head-to-toe in protective gear, defusing a bomb strapped to a man wearing a suicide vest in Afghanistan. The suicide bomber was captured by soldiers who tied his arms around his back in order to prevent him from setting off the device.

Paint and a dog don’t belong together in one car. The dog began to jump around causing the driver to lose control. After all the car hit a tree, the containers with paint drenched the driver and the dog. Both of them survived uninjured but covered with paint.

Fire on the Grandeur of the Seas

Cruise ship “Grandeur of the Seas” left Baltimore on Friday with more than 2,200 passengers aboard. A fire broke out aboard a Royal Caribbean ship on Monday morning but was extinguished about two hours later with no injuries reported.
