Giant Video Game Collection

A 32-year-old French man has very single Nintendo, Sega and NEC game ever released. He sold them on eBay for $1,229,899.99. All of the games were factory sealed too, which bumped up the value tremendously.

  1. So he basically filled up his entire house with games that he wasn’t even allowed to play. Assuming $50 a game and inflation, he only made profit equal to what he put in (so he doubled his money). If you assume $100 a game plus inflation from 1990 (based on that being roughly how much it was to get a game each time I bought one), he roughly breaks even or works out at a slight loss after stuffing a house full of games.
