What Happens When A Truck Loses Its Tire On The Road

It happened two days ago in Russia, when the tire came off the truck and landed on another car’s hood. Fortunately, safety bags protected the family in the car and nobody got badly injured. Truck’s driver has fled the scene and is now being searched for by police.
