I’ll bet you can’t figure out this question from an elementary admissions test

This is an actual questions from a first grade admissions test in Hong Kong. The questions is simple: What parking spot number is the car parked in? There’s definitely a pattern with all of these numbers, but it’s actually quite difficult to figutre it out.

As you can see, the photo was looking at the numbered spaces from the top down, making the numbers upside down. From the other side you can see that the numbers go in order starting at 86, meaning that the car is parked in the 87th spot.
