It looks like Americans don’t have the corner on the dramatic makeover anymore: a Russian artist has taken the hair-and-makeup game to the next level, going all Rocky IV with style.
The artist, Konstantin Bogomolov, says he takes what he knows about the jobs and personalities of these ladies and uses those bits of info to transform them into royalty. Seriously, we have to agree: some of these changes are unbelievable. Have a look for yourself.
