"It takes only 4 minutes to understand if we like someone and to fall in love."

Nonsense. Well, depending, I suppose, on how you define "falling in love". Sure, a man might look at a woman and in a few seconds decide, "She's pretty, I'd like to get to know her." But that's a long way from deciding, "I'd like to spend the rest of my life with her." I suspect this statement is even less true for women, who aren't as motivated by physical appearance.

Reminds me of a study I saw that claimed they had scientifically proven that men seek women totally on the basic of shallow things like physical appearance. Turned out they came to this conclusion by studying people who were "speed dating", trying to meet potential dating partners with a series of 5 minute introductory "dates". Then they asked the men which women they preferred and why. Most common reasons men gave were things like "she was pretty" and "she seemed nice". Well, duh, what else could they possibly learn about a woman in 5 minutes? Create a situation where all people can learn is something superficial, and then pretend to be surprised when they admit that all they know is something superficial.

"We are only able to remember 4 things at a time. And that’s scientifically proven!." Umm, this is nonsense. I can easily list 5 things that I remember right now. Off the top of my head: 1. Independence Day is July 4. 2. I live in Michigan. 3. The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. 4. The chemical formula for water is H2O. 5. I have a brother named Mike. I could easily list hundreds of more things that I remember.

Perhaps they have some definition of "remember" or "thing" that makes this true, but as stated, the statement is easily proven false.
