Mo Samuels, who is 19 today, from Cornwall, England, lost almost 13 kg when he got ill. Before that, he was always active, he liked to swim and to workout as much as he could.

But after his stay at the hospital and several surgeries he was just a shadow of his former self. After he was discharged from the hospital, he said ‘I eventually had my mobility back, driven by the people that told me that I couldn’t.’ After that was settled, he decided to hit the gym hard and to get back in the shape he was before.

And when that was achieved, he thought why not going even further. That’s how he decided not to stop on his achievements and to gain more muscles and become a bodybuilder. He now weights 95 kg and eats 240g of protein a day and has changed his diet to push himself much further. He has even competed in his first men’s physique competition just recently and came in third place.

A GoFundMe page was set up for little Ayden to help with hospital bills, and Taylor Swift, in true fashion, donated a whopping $50,000 to his fundraiser.

Toshi posted about her donation on Instagram, saying, “Taylor Swift is an angel and my family and I can’t thank her enough… She is such an incredible human being… This unexpected gift is truly a blessing.”

This isn’t the first time Swift has donated to people in need in a big way. In July, she donated $50,000 to a fan battling cancer, which caused GoFundMe to raise the donation limit from $15,000 to $50,000.

Taking the crepe, he first adds my favorite ingredient… bacon.

Breakfast is simple right? Eggs, bacon, and maybe some pancakes? There’s really not that many options, especially compared to dinner (want to get Italian, Chinese, American, Thai, Ethiopian, French, Seafood, Cajun… ?) Basically, breakfast isn’t very imaginative.Until now, when this husband extraordinaire just took my personal favorite meal of the day to a whole new level.

He started with the essential, and grilled the normal breakfast meats.

Eggs, bacon, sausage, crepe (pancake), and rice krispies.

Now some eggs…

And the sausage.

Now here’s where you’re thinking this is a breakfast burrito…

Well you’re wrong.

He slices the roll into several smaller pieces, and adds some rice krispies.

So that when you turn it over…

… Mmmmmm. I need to run to the store and buy some ingredients for tomorrow morning. ASAP.
