Fillo’s Walking Tamales will make a delish one-handed meal when you have exactly 10 minutes before your next 1-on-1 because you squeezed in a derm appointment during your lunch break. They’re vegan and gluten-free. Plus, no need to refrigerate *or* microwave!

A variety of Wasa crispbread that’ll make an excellent vehicle for getting all kinds of meals to your mouth. You’re not having a regular lunch, you’re having a Swedish lunch, OK?!

Pre-made simmer sauces can really zhuzh up that plain chicken breast you have thawing in the sink. Seriously, just dump that sauce on it once it’s cooked in the pan! (Psst, they’re also keto- and Paleo-friendly but IMO don’t taste like it.)

A six-pack of fully cooked quinoa quick cups to keep stashed for those days when everything went wrong this morning and it crept into every other part of your day — including lunch.

Some ready-to-heat pulled jackfruit you can use in a variety of dishes where you’d otherwise use meat.

Or a set of squeezable instant pancakes. Just add water to the bottle and then squirt out the batter onto the pan or waffle maker. Picture this: Future You having to wash far fewer dishes.

A three-pack of Velveeta cheese sauce you can simply pour in a bowl, microwave, and then dump over pasta or just use as a dip for some good old tortillas. These’ll come in handy when it’s a Wednesday night and you barely want to lift a finger to feed yourself.

A six-pack of microwaveable peacadillo in salsa verde taco filling to help you craft a burrito bowl or Taco Tuesday worth writing home about for criminally easy. This stuff is SO GOOD and I’m a dang carnivore. And it’s vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free!

A “tingly” umami seasoning can make quick work of figuring out how to whip up a protein or sides with a serious kick of flavor that regular ole salt and pepper can’t deliver. I’ve been sprinkling this on salmon to great success.

A jar of granola butter — which is nut-free, btw — if you’ve got a loaf of bread and not a lot of time or will to make a meal. Spread this stuff on some toast and throw some of those blueberries that are knocking at death’s door for a pretty scrumptious meal that’ll feel like a total treat. Reviewers say it’s also great on ice cream!

A six-pack of ready-to-eat refried beans can help you fill out burrito bowls, DIY quesadillas, and all kinds of delish meals. Or you can straight up stick the bag in the microwave to cook and then eat the beans out of a bag with a fork.

An eight-pack of sippable soups you merely heat up in the microwave for those days when you’ve got one free hand and a packed WFH calendar.

Microwaveable packets of Delhi potatoes and chickpea masala to finally give you something to eat with those bags of rice you have in the pantry.

An eight-pack of good ole microwavable easy Mac that’ll always come in clutch.

And Soylent meal replacement shakes to stock your fridge up with a viable option when you have neither the time nor the patience to prepare actual food.
