Teacher Uses Apples To Explain What Bullying Is

Rosie Dutton is a teacher and she recently conducted an interesting experiment with her kids. Rosie used two apples and asked the kids to compliment one apple and say bad things about the other. She then cut the two apples open to show that the one the kids had said bad things to had started to turn to mush inside. She used the experiment to show what bullying does to people, but she didn’t tell the kids that she dropped the “bad” apple earlier.

The teacher explained that she made her point:

She shared the story in a Facebook post, adding that she herself has been bullied and wanted the perfect way to explain the hurt she experienced.

She urged others to step up and prevent bullying:

The only thing dumber than asking an elephant for directions is forgetting to say thanks.

No one plans to get into an accident–that’s why they’re called accidents. Maybe you forgot to use your turn signal, maybe the driver behind you wasn’t paying attention, or maybe an elephant decided to take its bad day out on your parked automobile. Anything can happen, that’s easy to understand. How they happened, well, that’s a completely different story. Just look at these mysterious collisions.

Just add it to the list of reasons why you shouldn’t make fun of the kid who says they can bend things with their mind.

The driver must have thought it was called a “doom” buggy.

“We’re under arrest.”

All of that spare change they kept in the cup holders really saved the day!
