The man you see here bullies disabled children.

He has terrorized his neighbor’s disabled children for years. When a judge discovered what Edmond Aviv’s crimes were in court, they decided to not only make sure he paid for what he did. The judge made sure he learned his lesson, too.

Edmond lives in South Euclid, Ohio. He pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

He lives beside Sandra Prugh. He has shouted ethnic slurs at her adopted, disabled black children. He has also spit on them.

Sandra has two adult adopted children with developmental disabilities, a husband with dementia, and a paralyzed son. Edmond smeared feces on their wheelchair ramp.

The judge ordered that Edmond hold a sign in public for five hours on Sunday. They stipulated that the sign’s letters had to be large enough for someone to read from as far as 25 feet away. This is what the sign said:

“I AM A BULLY! I pick on children that are disabled, and I am intolerant of those that are different from myself. My actions do not reflect an appreciation for the diverse South Euclid community that I live in.”
Not only did Edmond have to hold this huge sign, but he served 15 days in jail, attended anger management classes, and wrote an apology letter.

We hope his hatred stops, and teaches others to be more accepting of others.
