Dylan Sutcliffe who is 9 years old and has always dreamed of playing for the Cleveland Browns. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with ataxia telangiectasia a genetic disorder that creates a vast amount of issues in the human body. Even though he has this crippling disorder Dylan got to be part of the Cleveland Browns organization.

Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Dylan was able to sign a one-day contract with the Browns.

“We are excited to add another quality player to our roster as we prepare for the 2015 season,” said general manager Ray Farmer.

“Dylan is definitely a young man who has all of the ‘Play Like a Brown’ traits, particularly through his passion, toughness and relentlessness. We look forward to seeing him bring that energy to practice this afternoon,” said head coach Mike Pettine.

Dylan got to watch film with Farmer and had a private coaching session with Pettine. Later in the day he joined the team on the practice field and had his own locker.

If one is actually able to realize this ultimate dream, then playing in the NFL is often sufficient enough. After all, they’ve made it to the big leagues, with big endorsements and big signing bonuses to follow. However, this is not enough for every professional football player. Some have a hard time giving up their life and dreams off the field once they finally make it.

John Urschel is a guard for the Baltimore Ravens, and has greatly excelled at his position. He went from a fifth-round draft pick to the starting lineup of the team.

Urschel is paid millions of dollars to protect the Ravens’ quarterback, Joe Flacco. He is also known for having one of the most brilliant minds in the game of football.

Despite being a 300+ pound monster of a man, Urschel is also a bit of a math whiz.

Actually, he is one of the leading mathematical minds of our time. He has been published in many scholarly journals devoted to the subject.

His most recent work, “A Cascadic Multigrid Algorithm for Computing the Fiedler Vector of Graph Laplacians,” was published in the Journal of Computational Mathematics.

Try to understand it. I dare you.

There is significantly more to NFL players than one might think. For instance, Urschel plans on becoming a math scholar once his NFL career is over. Until then, he plans on smashing his way through defenders and protecting his quarterback.

Peyton Manning is a beast and is whipping some butt while he’s out on the field with the Denver Broncos. Peyton Manning’s call style has been under the microscope by everyone in the NFL.

Today, the Dolphins beat the Seahawks in Miami. But something weird happened. Toward the end of the third quarter, in the middle of play… the sprinklers went on.

That’s right: the Dolphins can’t control their sprinkler system. This is an NFL team, I swear.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill took the break as an opportunity to drink from a water bottle. He should’ve put his mouth on the sprinkler.

Pete Carroll was pissed, but Pete Caroll’s pretty much always pissed, so that’s not really notable.

Eventually, the sprinklers stopped. Play continued. But the Day Of The Sprinklers will never be forgotten.
