Snails have recently become the most hip creatures in the animal kingdom thanks to some friendly people. Random people are showing compassion for snails and painting their shells to increase their visibility so they don’t get stepped on. How do we get a cool paint job like that?

This silly saw dog is my favorite.

Being tricked doesn’t always have to be a bad thing. In fact, sometimes it can be downright delightful. French artist Gilbert Legrand tries to fool people with his art in the most adorable way (and he succeeds). Gilbert transforms the mundane into something awesome by just applying a few coats of acrylic paint.

He takes normal objects, like tools and household items, and changes them entirely with the little details he adds. It’s impressive how easily his pieces can trick your mind. See for yourself:
