Unbelievable Plating Fails and Weird Portions

First, let us discuss the absolute madness of modern restaurant plating. Some modern chefs try way too hard to be unique and artistic. As a result, they serve wet spaghetti directly on a bare wooden table. Furthermore, you might receive a single microscopic onion ring on a giant silver platter. These dining disasters are both confusing and deeply insulting to paying customers. Next, consider the strange restaurants that completely ignore normal human portion sizes. For example, a hungry customer ordered a large premium salad. Instead, they received a single dry lettuce leaf covered in a massive gallon of cheap mayonnaise. Thus, you inevitably leave the restaurant feeling incredibly hungry and aggressively angry. Also, we cannot forget the strange household items used as actual plates. Unlucky people have received greasy burgers hidden inside dirty rubber shoes. This practice is completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting.

Horrifying Ingredients and Kitchen Mistakes

In addition to bad plates, the actual food itself is often truly terrifying. We found viral photos of expensive pizzas topped with entire raw fish staring back at you. Moreover, someone found a whole unpeeled baked apple hidden deep inside their meat lasagna. These dining disasters clearly prove that some cooks just want to watch the world burn. Then, there are the obvious and lazy kitchen accidents that nobody even tried to fix. A waiter confidently served a totally burned pancake cleverly disguised under a huge mountain of whipped cream. Consequently, the poor customer had to dig through pure sugar just to find solid charcoal. Finally, these hilarious and sad pictures serve as a very strong warning to everyone. You should always lower your expectations before eating out at a new place. So, grab a safe home-cooked snack and scroll down right now. Enjoy the funniest and weirdest food fails on the internet!

Shovels, Shoes, and Rusty Metal

The trend of serving food on industrial equipment has officially gone too far, because nobody wants to eat their English breakfast off a rusted garden shovel that looks like it was just pulled out of the dirt. We found horrific examples of weird food presentation involving deep-fried snacks stuffed inside old sneakers, which is not only unappetizing but probably violates several health code regulations in most civilized countries. When you have to worry about tetanus while trying to enjoy your burger, you know the restaurant has completely lost the plot and needs to go back to basics.

Clotheslines and Slate Boards

If you thought eating off a shovel was bad, wait until you see the chefs who decided that bacon needs to be hung on a miniature clothesline like wet laundry drying in the wind. We also have to mention the absolute disaster of serving steak with peppercorn sauce on a flat piece of slate, which guarantees that the gravy will spill onto your expensive trousers the moment you cut into the meat. This gallery of weird food presentation is a testament to the fact that just because you *can* serve spaghetti in a wine glass, it absolutely does not mean you *should*.

Coffee in a Carrot

Say hello to my Bloody Mary in a box.

Oreo milkshake served in a pot

I ordered a peach iced tea

This just seems lazy for $12

Creamer served in a baby bottle

Coffee on a cereal bowl, super hot, no handle

Bloody Mary In a Spam Tin

Mojito served in a reused leather bag. Tastes as good as it sounds.

Hot Coffee in a Plastic Bag

Remember when getting drunk used to be easy?

OK this is kind of awesome actually

Just give me a cup, dammit!

Well, I guess I asked for it
