The person who found this old explosive while digging:

The person who only discovered their dryer’s lint trap after…well, I dunno exactly, but a LONG time:

The person who put a very sharp crystal riiiiight where their airbag would pop out during a crash:

Whoever decided that a railing with gaps AND extremely sharp corners would be a good, safe idea:

The person who had to rush her daughter to the hospital after the kid ate the berries from this bittersweet nightshade plant that was growing through the fence from the neighbor’s yard:

The car technician who found this cute lil’ guy in a wheel well, only to find out that it’s an American dagger moth (which can cause some painful skin rashes when handled):

The person who dug up this “wild carrot” they found (spoiler alert: it’s actually water hemlock, which is incredibly poisonous):

Whoever decided to put these red and green lights right behind a set of traffic lights — which are, of course, red and green:

The builder who figured, sure, let’s put a bathtub right under an electrical fuse box:

The school that just blocked off an emergency exit door instead of fixing the alarm:

And finally, the landlord who DROVE A NAIL THROUGH A GAS LINE in order to attach it to the wall(?!?!), effectively guaranteeing a gas leak in this poor tenant’s living space:
