“The size of your vehicles. Particularly around LA (of the places that I’ve been to anyway).”

Foreigners are confused as to why there are so many ads for lawyers.

“Most of the time you couldn’t go anywhere without seeing any ads for lawyers.”

American food portions are abnormally large.

“In general though, as an Aussie, I love the USA. People are super friendly, the nightlife is brilliant, and the food portions are gross but massive. Love it.”

They’re confused as to why there is a gap in public bathroom stalls.

“I remember being in England, and seriously every bathroom stall was sectioned off with a full door and everything. Seriously, the gaps in between American stalls are horrible and I always think someone is watching me.”

The amount of drive-thru establishments.

“Drive-thru everything! Even liquor stores in some states.”

The amount of space on roads and in homes is shocking to foreigners.

“I know the US is a huge area, but the size of the roads and parking lots just seemed really strange [to] a central European.”

Leroy Chiao was commander of the International Space Station in 2005, and while he was on a spacewalk he saw white lights aligned in an upside-down check formation zoom right past him. Some say boat spotlights could have been to blame, but Chiao was 230 miles above Earth at the time. As a result, Chiao has said, “I’m skeptical of claims that we’ve been visited by aliens from another planet or other dimension, but I don’t rule it out 100 percent.”

We don’t see cosmic rays on Earth because they’re absorbed by the atmosphere, but they’re quite popular in space. During the Apollo 11 mission astronauts reported seeing “light flashes” in their eyes, even when their eyes were closed. This also happened on Apollo 12 and 13, and experiments were finally conducted on Apollo 14, 15, 16 and 17 to figure out what they were. Without the atmosphere in space, astronauts got to see something no other eyes had ever witnessed.

According to “Aliens and Man: A Synopsis of Facts and Beliefs,” Neil Armstrong reportedly sent a secret message to NASA saying “These babies were huge, sir! Enormous! Oh, God! You wouldn’t believe it! … I’m telling you there are other space-craft out here … lined up on the far side of the crater’s edge! … They’re on the moon watching us!”

Armstrong never said much about his space experience and never confirmed nor denied the truth behind this rumor. But still… did he see a UFO parking lot?

Astronauts wanted to know how fire behaved outside our blue planet, so from 2009 to 2012 they lit things on fire in space. They saw that fire burns at a lower temperature and with less oxygen, and it also can burn without a flame. Forman Williams, the project leader on the experiments, told Space.com, “Thus far, the most surprising thing we’ve observed is continued apparent burning of heptane droplets after flame extinction under certain conditions. Currently, this is entirely unexplained.”

Russian cosmonaut Musa Manarov was fiming a space capsule dock the MIR (the Russian space station) when he noticed an object that looked like it was coming off the spacecraft. However, Manarov knew there could be absolutely nothing loose at that point, and as he watched the object it floated downwards and away from the capsule. He still doesn’t have an explanation for what it was, but he definitely knows it wasn’t space junk, despite what others have said. Watch the footage here.

Alternate space theorist Richard C. Hoagland thinks Alan Bean (4th person to walk on the moon) saw glass domes from an ancient alien civilization on the moon. Bean has described space as looking like “black, patent leather shoes” from the moon. Hoagland has stated, “Space should be velvet-black. It should be inky-black. It should be infinity, unending, deep, endless black. It shouldn’t be shiny.” Going off that, Hoagland says Bean was actually seeing space through the reflection of a glass dome.

Major General Vladimir Kovalyonok described an object he saw while manning Salyut VI space station in 1981:

“When I was working… I saw something strange in a porthole one day. The object was the size of a finger. I was surprised to see it was an orbiting object. It was hard to determine the size and the speed of an object in space. That is why I can not say exactly, which size it actually was. [My partner Viktor] Savinykh prepared to take a picture of it, but the UFO suddenly exploded. Only clouds of smoke were left. The object split into two interconnected pieces. It was reminiscent of a dumb-bell. I reported about it to the Mission Control immediately.”

The Ministry of State Security takes the cake when it comes to active Chinese intelligence agencies. They are constantly working to track and neutralize any enemies of the communist party of China. Their goal is to maintain the rule of Communism in the country.

The ISI is Pakistan’s Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence. These guys are supposedly one of the more notorious agencies in the world. Their job is to provide security intelligence to their government. Unfortunately, they have also been known to have caused trouble in India.

The Australian Secret Intelligence Service was a secret to it’s own government for over 20 years. Their main objective is to keep an eye out on all possible threats to Australia.

Mossad, which means Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations, is one of the most powerful intelligence agencies in the world. They have agents all over the world that are gathering intel to help in ‘protecting Jews and Jewish interests’.

The long for it is The General Directorate for External Security. Built for the same purpose as the C.I.A. , they claim to have prevented 13 major terrorist attacks in France since 9/11. They apparently employ approximately 5,000 spies around the globe.

They worked in the most intricate of details, including wanted posters from ‘The Ministry of Magic’, wands, spell-books, venom vials and even shoes sporting the names of particular houses at Hogwarts.

Each guest received a wand upon arrival and the bride carried a bouquet of “flowers” made from pages of the J.K. Rowling series. Place-settings came with Golden Snitches and guests drank concoctions from potion bottles.

“It was a mammoth undertaking. We had to take a trip to Harry Potter World in London just to get some last-minute bits. It was everything I wanted. It was the most magical wedding imaginable. The hotel staff were arguing over who was going to work that night. It was really lovely.”

“Planning the wedding was a full-time job, but it was worth every penny and minute we spent. We sifted through car boots, discount stores and second-hand shops every weekend for three months looking for Harry Potter paraphernalia. We stayed up till 3am most nights putting wings on Ferrero Rochers and searching eBay for trinkets. I even had the bridesmaids over to cut up the 20 copies of the books we’d bought to make the bouquets.”

After the 100% agave is double distilled, it is aged for a year in barrels made from a mix of American mountain and French oak.
