Anyone can recognize a sloppy job from a bad employee. But it takes someone truly special to elevate bad job into a work of art. It’s almost like they had to go out of their way to do this bad of a job. In which case, maybe they worked harder. In which case, maybe they should be paid more. This is why I don’t run a business.
