Her favorite snack is “called a chili pizza sandwich. You have a piece of pizza, you put chili on it – Southern chili with noodles, and then another piece of pizza, and then you eat it like a sandwich.”
She uses pink Himalayan salt in all of her drinks. “I get very woozy if I don’t have enough salt. I need to have salty water.”
He enjoys putting peanut butter on his scrambled eggs because it increases the protein content.
She and her kids eat insects and spiders. “I think it’s always been a part of the diet, the bugs. When people were being starved, they were able to survive on things like this, and they did.”
“I lick off the nacho cheese seasoning and put the chips back in the bag. You still get all the flavor, not all the carbs!”
He loooooooves ketchup so much that “he’s made it a duty of key members of his entourage to carry a bottle wherever he goes, so he can have it with everything from his morning sausage to upmarket dinners.” He even has a tattoo of it.
She admitted that she eats ice cubes as a snack to keep her stomach full. “As long as I get that ‘constant feed’ feeling, it’s semi-tolerable.”
Motherhood has caused her to pick up some interesting eating habits. She avoids dairy, wheat and gluten but the strange part is that she only “has time” to eat in the shower.
She partakes in the purple diet which involves eating purple foods like plums, grapes and eggplant 3 days a week.
His strange culinary habit is a unique sandwich made with peanut butter, grape jelly and Cheetos on white bread.
She enjoys eating Bentonite clay and Mountain Rose Herbs. “So, I’ve discovered that clay is great for you because your body doesn’t absorb it.”
It has been said she would eat baby food as part of her diet because it contains essential nutrients and vitamins.
