28 People Shed Weight In The Pursuit Of Health And Happiness

I never tire of seeing brave badasses taking inventory of their own health situation and deciding to get into amazing shape. It’s hard enough to stay in shape if you are already in decent physical condition, but to tackle the weight when you are starting at an obese level is beyond inspiring.

Kudos, Sir.

“I still have a long way to go, but I’m very happy with my progress.”
