This is Tietgen Student Hall (Tietgenkollegiet), a university dorm located on Orestad, a newer district in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This dorm belongs to the Kyoto University, Japan. It was built over 100 years ago and nothing has changed since then. The only good thing about this place is its price – $25 a month.
