Colombian Army forces have seized a semi-submersible vessel designed to move large cocaine shipments on the Pacific route toward Mexico. Authorities say the roughly 100-foot (30-meter) craft could carry up to eight tons and operate fully underwater, making it extremely difficult to detect, and it was found off Colombia’s southwestern Pacific coast.
