I was born in 1949, this cone look was what I saw growing up. Some of the lean sturdy Wisconsin farm girls had cone shaped breast naturally because they were not fat.
To me, the slightly pointed breast is gorgeous. The current trend to wear molded bras is odd. That makes the breasts look as if she has grapefruit stuffed in her shirt.
